David Skinner is a Director of Leadership Systems Limited which he co-founded in 1993. His role is lead facilitator and executive coach and he has 26 years' experience providing support for organizational capability building and business growth processes.
David has a Masters Degree in Executive Coaching and is accredited as a coach by Ashridge Business School. He is a member of the Global Executive Coaching Network of one of the world's largest food and beverage brand organisations and is also certified as a Feedback Facilitator for the integration of 360 and Hogan Assessments Inventories.
David has facilitated workshops or coached executives in 43 countries. He writes to support clients in the development of their business processes such as leadership development programmes, performance management systems and team alignment processes.
He specialises in helping cross-functional and cross-cultural teams agree on strategic or operational plans to drive growth - especially where inter-personal tensions between team members are high.
Prior to Leadership Systems Limited, David was Managing Director of Wilson Learning (GB) Limited and also worked in sales, marketing and project management in Unilever
David is a member of the Institute of Directors.
He has recently been invited to author content for an internationally distinguished academic work on coaching relationships*
