Managing personal brand - assisting individuals to re-think their approaches to their challenging roles and/or corporate relationships when they might have been derailed in some way from an otherwise highly successful career track.
Team coaching - encouraging and providing process support to help teams to help themselves using a 'co-opertition' approach - even in organisational circumstances where traditionally there might have been some silo thinking, turf battles or sensitive situations based on personality and style clashes.
